Sleaze Roxx reported “Horrible news for Loudness fans as the veteran heavy metal band has been denied entry into the United States of America and reportedly forced to cancel its planned tour of the USA.”

Play America, an independent firm that specializes exclusively in helping Metal bands prepare the proper visas in order to play in the States commented, “I’ve been looking for some info on the Loudness situation since yesterday and I can’t find anything specific as to why they were turned back.”

Marc Gessford of Play America also criticized, “My view is that the sites that are bitching and meaning about all the bands getting denied entry are just liberal/anti-Trump leaning and they have hopped on the bandwagon of blaming everything on Trump. Trump is an idiot but I don’t think any of the band issues have to do with his administration.”

Because of this setback, Loudness has been forced to cancel the following dates:

April 19, 2017 — Reggie’s Rock Bar — Chicago. Illinois
April 20, 2017 — The Metal Grill — Cudahy, Wisconsin
April 22, 2017 — Shannan’s — San Juan, Puerto Rico
April 25, 2017 — B.B. Kings — New York City, New Yorkl
April 27, 2017 — The Revolution — Amityville, New York
April 28, 2017 — The Chance Theater — Poughkeepsie, New York
April 29, 2017 — M3 Rock Festival — Merriweather Post Pavilion — Columbia, Maryland

Loudness broke the Asian Metal barrier with their 1985 hit, “Rock and Roll Crazy Nights” from their first international release, Thunder in the East.
